Shalom B'Shem Y'shua! (Peace in the Name of Jesus!) The purpose of this guild is to create an open dialog between Christians and Jews, to express what Messianic Judaism believes, and to explore the Jewishness of Christianity.

Thank you ever so much for the open link to information and dialogue on this matter. I was raised Christian and keep my faith, but am intensly interested in the broader bounds of religion and other's faith. This guild will be something i spend hours reading through.
Already I've gotten another's interest in this guild, lol. My offline and online gaia friend wasn't real interested untill I told her it was about Messianic Jewdaism-which she hadn't heard of. Now she wants to know about it! smile She was raised Catholic and we've taught each other a lot already (I was raised Lutheran).
A question though-when I click 'view guilds' on my page profile, my other three guilds are listed but not this one. Yet I can post as a guild member, obviously. Why does this guild not come up in the list?

My family is ex-old school Roman Catholic. There is no way we will ever go back. Once you have tasted what giving your life over to Christ can do for you, there's no appeal in elaborate ritual and priestly hierarchy.
