★★★ Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options
Add Other Languages -> Select "Install files for complex script..." and "Install files for East Asian languages" -> Click OK
*reboot your computer*
Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options
Add Other Languages -> Details... -> Click "Add..." -> Find and select "Japanese" -> Click OK -> Click OK again
Now, on the start menu, to the right you'll see a little square with the letters EN in them. Click on it and it will expand to show another option for JP. If you select it, you can then use romanji to type in hiragana, katakana, and kanji! Let me know if you have any questions or problems.★★★
