I was reading yesterday about rummers going about sony about the new PSP, it is simply an update however people close to sony are saying it will boast a 8GB internal memory, there is also talk of an eye toy like feture, and the old 'trap door' minidisk holder is to be removed in place of a slot.
However these are only rummors at the mo, as far as it has been made aware there will be no upgrade in graphcis crads ect. however the new 8GB memory would put it well into the mix with the I-pod battle, and the space to hold 10 PS one games may work with the PS3, i.e playstation one game downloaded to PS3, and then saved to PSP,

Hm. But here's a idea;
If the nintendo DS lite Had a extra 10 hours of battery life over the last model, Why couldnt the PSP Get better battery life As well? Theres more then enough technology to be able to do so And By now they must understand the hardware almost perfectly.
But the 8 Gig internal memory? I honestly doubt it. Not only would it KILL the battery life, I wouldnt think that would even be POSSIBLE For a handheld.
((BTW, Regarding the PSP itself, I checked out a black PSP and due to the proximity of the screen to the buttons, Theres about 3 millimetres of empty space around the square button. I had a look at the new white PSP and I couldnt see that problem At all. ))
