Nice. I know some Jewish asians. I think they were adopted to a couple at my Shul. I'm not sure though.

Only half asian because of genetics, but consider myself caucasian because of virtually no asian influence in my personal life. AND 100 percent American!

Does it matter?

I'm curious about some things - there is "Jewish cooking" from Polish Jews, but it really looks like Polish cookery. Is it that it was Polish first and Jewish second, or are the dishes such as potato pancakes really a Jewish idea that spread to the Poles?
