I'm really excited about this forum, and I think it's VERY generous of Gimpy to pay for this forum out of his own money.
If I still had all my old godly stuff then I would have definitely helped pay for half of it. sweatdrop
But about the forum. I will probably post some guides and other useful info soon. Right now I'm at my friend's house for about a week, so I'm spending most of my time playing FFXI and cs. I haven't really gotten on d2, or gaia.
On another note...
Last night I almost had a heart attack. I had been so busy playing cs for the past few days, I had forgot all about d2.
Then it hit me... MY MULE ACCOUNTS
I jumped on d2 to see that all 5 of my old non ladder mule accounts and my ladder mule account were all expired. Every single character. Luckily, there is some sort of bug where you can still get on expired chars for about 30 min-1 hour after they are declared expired. So they weren't actually expired yet. So after about 20 minutes, I refreshed all my chars.
I only got ip banned once biggrin
I also want to talk about the tournament. I'm looking forward to it, but we need more people. sad
If I win, all the gold goes to the guild. Along with any other gold I get on gaia from here on out. Although I appreciate Gimpy paying for all of it, I don't think he should have. So I am going to donate all the gold I get until I have paid Gimpy 10k, then I will feel I have done my part. I need to give back to the guild that has kept me coming back to gaia. Honestly, this guild is the only reason I have been coming to gaia for the past month...
Well I'm done talking. I'm going to think of some new threads to post, and hopefully Gimpy can sticky them.

hey Mitsuke. Thx again for the donation. Most of what you give me, I will put into the guild account (which is going to have some cool future use I think). I know what you mean about the characters expiring. Ive got 6 accounts, so I am constantly going into old ones and checking to make sure no one has expired.

Wow. I was just checkin out how guilds are created and saw they cost

well, if I finally get some fast internet and can sell my prisoner's stuff that I have about 3 times, ill donate some money, but I aint got that much, so dont count on 20k....
uhh also not 10k, and probably not 2k aswell... but still I'll see.
I ain't got that much chars, my cousin has 'm all, but we only had 1 char expired, cause he didn't do the first 2 hours, cause we started the char, and after 10 minutes we went playing single player.
why do al your chars get expired, you have 3 freakin months eek I only play online once in 3 months, and only had that one expired, none of my mules, chars or whatever

I'll be donating soon too, I haven't been going on gaia much lately though, I have kind of lost interest in it for now. Once I am done with my quest I'll be sure to donate a ton!

Anyway im here... goes toward the guild account sum, which will later be used for quests (dont exactly know what this means razz ) I put one on this guild mainly cause I wanted people to contribute. This guild did cost me 20k, and while some people have contributed greatly, others have not. I simply wanted to make sure that everyone contributed at least a little.

The biggest problem is that you cant just go idle for two hours in a game, bnet will eventually kick you off
