I don't think Jack would know if Claire was his sister because it seemed as though the his father kept this other daughter a secret...paying for the house and all. I doubt Jack knew.
I'd really like it if Claire was his sister...he'd be an uncle, it'd be an interesting twist. I'd like to see how he'd find out, though I doubt he would since the info that he had a sister was something Ana Lucia knew...and well she's not telling now.

With the way the new season has been shaping up it seems like it would be rather long time before we could circle back to any family connections. Because they disjointed the plot into following two seperate groups and the episodes jump back and forth between them it would have to wait until Jack and them are reunited with their buddies on the island. But since Jack wants to go home... hmmm I don't know. Its been an odd season.

she'd be his half sister.
i think it's right though, on the Lost S2 DVD, there is this extra that you can go into and it has a map of all the connections and Jack and Claire are directly linked to this one broken television which I think means that it hasn't been revealed yet in the episode.

I think there is a very good chance that Claire is Jack's sister. Remember when Jacks dad went to go see that woman. He said " I wanna see her." Probably meaning: His daughter.... The woman was Austrailian. I think its probably 80% chance that she is his sister....

i'm not saying it's impossible, but it seems unlikely. i mean..believe me, i want to believe that claire is jack's sister. To help convert me to the believers, give me the episode number where jack's sister is mentioned.

Ok i dont know what season you all are on but i just got done watching season 3, and yes it does reveal that jack and claire are siblings.

i think its cool that Claire is Jack's half-sister. but she's from England, which means the person Christian Shephard visited in Australia isn't Claire or her mother.
which means Jack has more than one half-sibling.

I believe that Claire is Jack's Sister, I'm like more then 100% sure I'm rewatching the episodes so when I get to the point where I become positive, I'll put it up here. But the daughter does live in Australia (claire) and they will probably find out they are siblings when Jack or Claire find their father's body... Because in the 1st season, Jack finds the coffin but not the body, therefore a way for the two to find out they are related.

Jack is Claire's half brother, it's in season 3.
