thenakedmolerat833 tankbbg I would take back ID. It was WAY racy and WAY too much sex. I won't take back ID, I would give it plot to go with that porn. a friend of mine saw the cover (its not out where i live yet) and she said it said erotica on the cover!.is that true?

That's why I took the cover off so my mother wouldn;t see it. She probably would scold me or something like that if she REALLY knew what was in those books... sweatdrop

I would take back ID definetly, there was so much lack of plot and storyline it burned. For example, all along Anita had hair down most of her back instead of just to her shoulders. I didn't find this out until the last 15 or so pages of the damn book! There were so many things that got thrown in last minute, just like "Oh yeah, by the way..." The sex stopped a story from happening. Cerulean Sins wasn't horrible, I'd probably leave it.

Now see I dont think that there was "too much sex". I just feel that Anita was having way too much sex with way too many people.
Ok at first I was ok with Anita, Richard,& Jean-Claude. That was fine. Who wouldnt want two hot guys.
Then there was Nath. Ok so in the beginning she wasnt sleeping with him. Which was fine, blood was ok.
Micah. heart Now see I liked Micah being added to the story. See Richard was out so then Micah was in.
But with the last book its INSANE. Way too many guys at once. She has connected her heart with way too many of these guys. Two is fine. Maybe even three. But not the "tribe or cult" that shes got following her now.
I say more vampire politics, less police business and "tribe following".

I agree with most of that..wish one guy..it's ok..possibly even with two...but I think it just got ridiculous when she started involving so many other people in her sex life...I don't really think it's probable of anit's character in the first few books..cause she's so against pre-marital sex and then all at once she throws it away and changes her attitude completely... sweatdrop I don't much like the "tribe" stuff and politics...I think it take out the fun and grittiness that the first books had. I definately think the first half of the series was better 3nodding

The word you're looking for is "Harem" Because that's exactaly what it is. ^_^ Personally, I'm a fan of it too. Not to sound like I'm grasping at straws or anything, but most of the sex was circumstantial, anyways - due to all the nifty powers that's Anita's getting because of a combination of her Triumvarites and the marks. It's not like she's in love with all of them or anything. Just... most. And what I want more of isn't vamp politics. I WANT MORE EDWARD!!! or Edward AT ALL. Is it just me, or was it cruel how LKH put in all that nifty stuff in the beginning with the Tarot cards, which clearly indicated Edward, (to me), and then proceeded with the entire book without him making one appearance? I almost cried, I tell you. (If this should be in a different thread, sorry, this is my first post in like FOREVER) But apart from that, I liked ID. Cereulean Sins too. The sex isn't my style, but hey, w000000 character development. ~seiko~

ID is definetly a bit bitching factor of the books...
But, personally, I would morph CS and ID into one book. Take out some of the ********, not the intent to do it just take out all the details, and keep all the plot in it.
Oh wait... CS was the one with Mother Dearest wasn't it? And that great ending... Love the ending of CS... anyway...
Maybe morph ID and the book that's to come after that'll obviously have more ******** in it.
More plot and still sex, just without all the unnecessary detail that goes into it.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't need to hear how hard Anita is biting Nate's nipples...

I dunnno, I might make her rewrite them and take back the arduer, or make it so that she could control it but I dont know what would have happened with the other characters now. But their are so many characters with problems and such I am starting to loose track of who is who.

A lot of inter-relationship problems would be solved if Anita just got herself a really nice toy. Casted from Micah or Nathaniel perhaps??
