I actually dont' know, it just looks mathsy and complicated. I'm sure Vorpal, Layra-chan or A Lost Iguana could explain though.

Might I ask what this thing: F[ab;c] = 0; Fab;b = μ0Ja is describing? I've never seen it before.

F^{ab}_{;b} = μ_0J^a and F_{[ab;c]} = 0 are the general-relativistic Maxwell's equations for the field tensor F. Hence the tagline "... and there was light" is quite appropriate. The semicolon is a shorthand for the covariant derivative and the square brackets for antisymmetrization.
