I was in The orchestra for my school's production of the music man. Its was a blast, but sort of a pain in the a** concidering I was transposing in my head. I had to play a cello part on a bari sax

I got used to it after a while but at first reading bass clef like it was treble and adding 3 sharps to every key signature really screwed with my head.

That and I had to rewrite at least 3 of the pieces by hand. (There were already 5 or 6 sharps in the key signature....) confused
