Clips from the Royal Rumble show, specifically highlighting the entrance of Lykos and his four eliminations before finally being eliminated by the eventual winner, Avari Fusion.

Finally, the camera comes on in a darkened room and the sound of footsteps walking down a hall play. A figure walks into the room, unlit candles set up on an altar again. A match is struck, revealing the face of Lykos as he lights the first candle.

"The Royal Rumble has come and gone, a historic event. Some would sit and reflect on their failure. I'm not among them. I entered, i eliminated four other people, and made it to the final two. Ultimately, victory wasn't mine, but I choose to learn from such a narrow loss. Because tonight, I have a new opportunity."

Lykos continues lighting candles, his personal prematch ritual.

"Tonight, I step into more unchartered territory. The Elimination Chamber. And this time, there are stakes. An opportunity to go on to Wrestlemania and battle the reigning Intercontinental champion for the title. While some would sit and wallow in the shadows of defeat, I see only my real goal. We all come here to be champion. We come here to face the best. I see what I want, and the Lady will guide me to it."

The last of the candles are lit and Lykos stares into the flames for several moments.

"The lone light in the dark is truly gold. Tonight, I seize the opportunity to take that light, to grab the torch and venture further into this cruel world. At the end of this night, I will stand tall, through blood, sweat, and tears, to earn my spot on the biggest show of them all. May the Lady find favor in all I do here."

Lykos walks off, letting the candles continue to burn
