[Avari Fusion] (C) vs Tiger Hat

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari was battered, bruised, lacerated, but the ref checked him over and somehow cleared him to continue. If anything could be said about these two competitors, it would be that they are tenacious to a fault.

The Champion barely stirred, moving just slightly to adjust his arm, which he had almost fallen on top of. The fans continued their profanity-driven chants, as they applauded this hell of a main event.

 

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

Tiger climbed to his feet, immediately stumbling to his side and falling back down to one knee, his strength abandoning him after the last maneuver. He leaned himself towards the ring, slowly making his way towards it, making little progress. He placed his hands on the ground, trying to steady himself.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari didn't move at all now, as official rushed to ringside to check on both men. They particularly checked Avari's neck, and were making out like it was quite a bad injury.

After a little while of them checking, however, The Man of the Hour pushed an official away with as much energy as he could muster. He turned on to his back, looking up at the lights.. it looked like he wanted to continue!

 

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

While the officials had been checking on Avari, Tiger had managed to crawl his way over to the ring. He pulled himself up using the ring apron, nearly tearing it off as he gingerly got to his feet. He slowly planted them on the ground, as if he was learning to walk again and had to tell himself the steps.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

If there was a ref in the ring at this moment, he would be counting Avari out of the match. The reality, however, was that they were checking him over at this point.

With grit and resilience, the World Heavyweight Champion turned again, on to his front and then knees this time. Avari was slowly, but surely, getting back up!

 

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

Tiger had finally managed to pull himself up, and he slowly slumped over the end of the mat. Lifting his legs as though they were made of stone, he finally managed to roll back into the ring, where the match was supposed to be taking place. He lay on his front, arms arched as if he were trying to push himself up.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari took his time, but eventually got to his knees and began crawling towards the ring. Reaching the ring apron he clung to it like his life depended on it, dragging himself to a semi-standing base outside the ring.

The World Heavyweight Champion wanted to fight, and looked to see where Tiger was.

 

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

Tiger had started pulling himself up using the ropes. He was still unsteady, needing them for support as his legs shook. He clung for dear life to the top rope as he finally made it to his feet. He slowly arched his head, his eyes briefly meeting Avari at ringside.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari rolled into the ring slowly, getting to a knee and looking into at Tiger.

"We end this now!" he proclaimed, as he stood up and walked towards his opponent.  

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

Tiger, standing on his own power for the first time in a while now, slowly stepped towards Avari. The crowd began to swell as the two faced off. Tiger cracked his neck, preparing for a throw down.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari staggered forward, feeling pain like that he hadn't felt since his epic bout with Omen. He was appreciating how hard Tiger was going, how far he was willing to take this fight.

As he reached his opponent he threw a flurry of strikes, expecting his opponent to return the favour!

Tiger started taking the strikes head-on, barely even registering where he was due to the sheer exhaustion he felt. Almost instinctively, he started throwing haymaker back, a flurry of punches to match the champions.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari took the strikes, but tried to follow up with a hard knee to the gut of Tiger.. if successful, he was going to try a Fusion Cutter!
