Currently, in my city, it's grey skies but an okay temperature. You can certainly feel summer is on its way biggrin

Despite living in Scandinavia we don't get nearly as much snow as Finland, Sweden or Norway. We are located in Scandinavia, but so far south that the cool air that the Gulf stream brings with it, is sort of eaten by Norway. We do get snow, but not in huge amounts 3nodding

What is the national food of Denmark? 2. What are some typical dishes in Denmark? 3. Are there any Food Festivals in your country? 4. What are some of the top dishes or food that must be tried when visiting Denmark?

1) I would say Smørrebrød! 2) Oh gosh we have many typical dishes but I would go with frikadeller, with boiled white potatoes and gravy :3 3) Well, in my town we have three major food events; Asian Culture festival with food from all over Asia, then we have International Food market which is a market filled with stalls from around the world, where you can buy all kinds of delicious food, pastries, treats and condiments! And lastly, we have a giant farmers market several times a month filled with a whole lot of organic food and baked goods. 4) My personal list would me: Frikadeller, Stegt flæsk med persillesovs, Flæskesteg, Smørrebrød and some of our delightful danish pastries like Jordbærtærte, romkugler and drømmekage emotion_kirakira
