When you watch the video (in the article) you can see the improvement of scenery in the towns of Final Fantasy VII > the scenes become clean and crisp! Soooo cooool! cat_3nodding

That's really cool! I gotta' admit, there is something nostalgic about going back in time to when games were a bit more limited and working with it. But at the same time, it's so cool to see all our childhood games given a new clean makeover! biggrin

I like to try to concentrate on the positive -- improved enhanced graphics through technology in this article [a sure win!] but in reality, a lot of this work is being done purely for the sake of commerce -- $$ in their eyes, as they work at capturing/keeping the game playing audience.
It becomes a different game -- GOTTA KEEP UP! with the target audience.
But at least we have capable technology-learning Artificial Intelligance 'bots on the team to get this job done right! xD
