Personality: Breezy has a bad personality in general. She is naturally resistant to authority and hates any attempts to control her. She makes friends rather easily but loses them quite quickly too. She isn't very good at planning and tends to make spur of the moment bad decisions. She isn't exactly quick to anger or irritable just impetuous.
Breezy isn't quiet exactly as she's loud and constantly making a noise but isn't very talkative. She prefers to stare awkwardly at people which is often unsettling as she looks like a shark.

Background:
Breezy had the misfortune to be born out of wedlock. Worse still she was born to a lady of high noble standing and the moment she popped out everybody knew something was wrong. Two Yoton users should not be having a baby that blue and frankly "sharky".
From that moment on she was ostracized by her mother and her half siblings. Always treated the worst of her family. Her misfortune was to be the product of one brief night of passion.
Breezy eventually grew fed up with her treatment. By the age of 11 she made herself scarce and left the village in search of her father. She'd heard whisperings of him. A handsome and powerful pirate who took what he wanted. So for a number of years she sought out his vessel.
When, eventually, she found him she was not unimpressed but also not too impressed. He was an ordinary man of no particular importance. She demanded to join the crew and her father seeing her as a potential asset to his crew took her own.
For the next few years along with the other pirates she pillaged and took what she wanted getting to know her father and coming to understand him a little better. He'd not even known he had a daughter and was rather embarrassed by the whole affair.
Breezy was a good pirate in the sense that she was objectively quite good at piracy. Her strange abilities made her good at the job however she'd burnt as many allied boat as friendly ones and after getting her very drunk one night her crew left her at shore.
Understandably she was annoyed but decided not to pursue them further. She had been feeling like there was something missing. It was a happy time for her but it had not filled her heart with any joy.
At 21 with 8 years of piracy under her belt Breezy has returned to the world of Ninja to find her purpose.

First Class: Bloodline
▱▰▱ Dual Ancestry → allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. Your primary bloodline's roster is where your name appears. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. The Rinnegan may not be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Combo Element Kekkei Genkai and Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute.
Second Class: Bloodline
▱▰▱ Keystone → You receive an additional 5 custom technique slots to be used only on bloodline and bloodline-related techniques. Additionally, you may create a "keystone" technique; this technique is essentially a Bloodline ninja's signature move, with power and versatility similar to a technique such as Kamui. This technique must be submitted as a custom jutsu and approved. It also does not take a custom jutsu slot. In addition, you are able to use your third activation for any Bloodline Jutsu, whether it is offensive or defensive, once every two turns. This discipline may not be taken in conjunction with another Keystone Discipline.
Keystone: Ascendant Sage Mode: Scion of the First Sea
All members of the Hoshigaki Clan have the potential to access Sage Mode however genetic mutations and the changes to Breezy's form have allowed her to access a stronger version of Sage Mode. She is however unable to use the basic Sage Mode but can use its techniques.
Ascendant Sage Mode as mentioned previously is a stronger form of Sage Mode. Like the Hoshgaki Clan sage mode the user is able to move freely while using it but unlike with that transformation Sage Mode is able to last much longer lasting for as long as the user can stay on the ground. Unlike other Sage Mode transformations which take natural chakra from the air Ascendant Sage Mode draws nature chakra from the planet itself in the form of geothermal currents. Heat from the planet it drawn directly to the user and then turned into chakra. However notably this is also a weakness. The transformation ends the moment the user loses the planet's heat meaning it is weak against aerial combatants though it is not completely without its means of combating them and has a number of techniques to create land on which to walk.
Upon losing Sage Mode 50% of the user's current Chakra and Stamina total is taken so the transformation incurs significant risk as leaving the ground will trigger the end of Sage Mode.
The transformation makes Breezy's hair a glowing orange that flows like molten rock and changes her eyes from the usual Hoshigaki Clan's into a deep emerald green version of those eyes. Her usual blue skin also takes on the same orange glowing tone.
Ascendant Sage Mode grants the following enhancements
Generates 50 Nature Chakra each post provided one foot is in contact with the ground.
Water Techniques become Yoton Release Techniques. All water is replaced with lava (or magma if she's fighting underground).
While active Sage Mode provides a supreme bonus to Fortitude and Reflex.
Yoton Techniques overwhelm techniques of the same rank
While this transformation is active and another is within 50ft they gain one rank of Dehydration for each full post they remain within that range. The effect doubles for each 25ft closer they move.
All bodily fluids are replaced with molten magma until the end of the transformation and the body is modified to withstand this while the transformation is active. This renders Breezy resistant to Fire and Water techniques as Fire techniques are simply not hot enough and Water largely turns to steam before it can make contact.
As a Keystone the transformation also gives access to its own special techniques some of which are available only in the transformed state and some which are merely enhanced by it.

• Alliance of the Oceans: When summoning something with Kuchiyose no Jutsu the target that Breezy summons obtains her immunity to lava and also the ability to move and see through lava as though it were clear water as well as freely breathe.
• Blessing of the Earth: Geothermal heat flows willingly into Breezy and while not in combat she is considered to be in a meditation state and generates an additional 50 Natural Energy for each post made. Combat begins as soon as anyone makes an offensive action against her or she makes an offensive action against someone or something else including inanimate objects and animals. Combat ends when hostile action has ceased and the post thereafter her Natural Energy regeneration recommences.
• True Catastrophe: Breezy can manipulate magma directly at the level of the mantle of the planet. This allows her to cast any of her jutsu directly into the soil and earth provided she has a general target. Jutsu and abilities comprised of lava or magma additionally are not require to be centered on her and can be cast from the earth directly.

Ability
This control allows the Lava user to bend existing lava and magma as though it were their own. Not only can it take any form the user desires, but it can also be shifted around as if it were a part of their own body. It should be noted that one can also manipulate their lava objects they themselves have made, and it must be done while holding a double hand seal. Additionally, any lava that is being freely manipulated is not very solid, and can be broken or blown away as if it were completely natural, making it a poor choice for attacking or defending with. Should be noted that techniques can be made smaller while retaining their rank.
