Background: Spooky Tooth has always been a wanderer and a bit of a story-teller. She's good at drawing in a crowd, but the crowd that she wants to cater to are her fellow mutants. She wants to make everyone feel like they are accepted regardless of their quirks. She's always been taken to the idea of starting a herd for the purpose of mutants to feel like they could be themselves without having to worry about any stigmas, but when The Circus came through Bone Town, Spooky wondered if she couldn't do that here, instead!
