___H i s t o r y: The Tenkei clan are the results of an attempt to merge two clans together in an effort to create more powerful ninja to guide the clans out of the isolated long island chain in the Far East and onto the mainland. However to both clans' contempt, the borders of the mainland they so desired to venture to were coated in thick forests which proved home to all sorts of demons and malicious spirits. The first clan was a group of sound manipulators, the second manipulators and shapers of the mouth and hair. So the two clans members were forced to mate with the other clans in the name of progress. What resulted from this was far from what anyone could expected. At first there were those who opposed forced procreation however such uprisings were crushed mercilessly. The older generation were sick of being stuck in there water locked prison and refused to wait. Not only did the clan heads force mating between the members but also preformed chakra experiments to ensure their goal came within their lifetime. The results exceeded all expatiation's though in a different way then expected. Instead of simply mixing the two clans abilities, a new one was formed all together. The experiments created children who were born with a parasite on their head that acted as their hair. The children grew at an exponential rate and consumed much more then a normal human. It would only take them five years to reach full maturity. The parasites were intelligent and formed bonds with the children. It was not long until the Tenkei clan was formed, made up of those with parasites. The former two clans members were not so fortunate though. Once the numbers swelled to more then the original two clans, the Tenkei saw no reason to keep them around. With the knowledge of the experiments cast upon their parents, who ended up having their lives shortened extremely to give the Tenkei accelerated growth, they were not to happy with the surviving members who allowed this. In one night the Tenkei slaughtered the relics of the past and set out to the future. The Tenkei all worked together to travel to the main land and through the thick forests whose dangers were no longer threatening to them. Once they got out of the forest many went there separate ways to different corners of mainland to enjoy their new lives. Being able to blend in as a normal person was not hard thanks to the Parasite being able to look like normal hair.
___T r a i t s: • Every member of the Tenkei Clan is born with a Symbiotic parasite on their head that acts as their hair. • This parasite will feed off the users chakra and in exchange acts as the users weapon. • This parasite is alive and it's own being capable of talking and thinking, and gives itself a name. • The Parasite is capable of moving on its own and moving the user as well, though the parasite consumes the users activation's as normal. • Parasites have their own names and are more like a best friend to the user, much like an animal to a tamer is. • The only way for the parasite to be removed from the user is if the user is killed. In which case it will latch onto the targets killer and if not that then whatever target it can get to. • Tenkei Clan members never cut their hair as it is the equivalent of maiming your best friend, therefore they tend to have extremely long hair and take care of it. • The parasite can hide it's appearance and look like normal hair if the user so desires. • Tenkei members thanks to the parasite grow to maturity in 1/4 the normal time a human would and stop aging around 20. • This accelerated growth and agelessness are luxuries the parasite provides but in return for massive amounts of nutrients constantly, therefore Tenkei members eat often and can never put on actual weight. • The parasite is attached to the Tenkei's members chakra system therefore shares chakra and stamina with the user.
___R e s t r i c t i o n s: ○ Bloodline Jutsu must be used with in conjunction with the Parasite requiring either verbal communication or handsigns. ○ The parasite is not compatible with a demon as it would put to much strain on the users body, therefore members of the Tenkai Clan are not able to become Jinchuuriki. ○ If a Tenkai clan user is killed the killer is usually stuck with the parasite, unless they can manage to kill it before it attaches to them. Therefore the parasite will take up an implant slot. It will not be able to attach to Jinchuuriki or those with max implant slots filled (unless user gives up an implant.) ○ There is a limit to how big the parasite can be while not in battle. The bigger it is the more the user would have to consume in nutrients so generally the person can only have so much hair. Generally the user can have around double the length of their body in hair. As a general rule 12 feet is the max an rpc is able to have before heading into a fight.
___Optional Pas: • Hey Look No Hands!: The Tenkei Member and The Parasite have become so close they have established a mental link with each other. This allows for the Parasite to coordinate through mental communication, allowing the parasite to make all hand signs for the user. Furthermore bloodline techniques require only simple gestures or simple signs to be used. • Bad Hair Day: The parasite naturally grows without the user expending chakra. The hair length of the user will grow 3 feet passively per post increasing 3 feet every rank. Furthermore the user can choose to channel one and only one element at a time that they have through their hair, allowing simple taijutsu attacks made by the hair to turn into complex attacks. These attacks now suffer from their elemental weaknesses and strengths. • Can Your Hair Do This?: The Parasite empowers the hosts body by giving them an additional element and 100 chakra or stamina.
___B a s i c s: Parasitic Growth: The Tenkei are born with a parasite on top their head that acts as their hair. The parasite is connected to the chakra system. With simply a hand sign the hair of the user will flow with chakra hardening it. This hardened hair is harder then steel and no longer suffers the same penalties as normal hair does. The Parasite also grows with the user meaning it grows with the users body ranks. The parasite grows in the length of hair it can maintain in battle and how fast it can grow. Though certain techniques may be able to override the normal limits, or accelerate growth. The hair grows passively through the chakra it consumes every post. E-Rank: Can grow a length of 1 foot per post with a maximum of 15 feet in length. D-Rank: Can grow a length of 2 feet per post with a maximum of 25 feet in length. C-Rank: Can grow a length of 3 feet per post with a maximum of 50 feet in length. B-Rank: Can grow a length of 4 feet per post with a maximum of 75 feet in length. A-Rank: Can grow a length of 5 feet per post with a maximum of 100 feet in length. S-Rank: Can grow a length of 6 feet per post with a maximum of 200 feet in length. • Requires no initial chakra cost but to be maintained requires 10 chakra per post. • Automatically gain this ability as a Tenkei Clan member or if implanted. • The hair can still be destroyed given a strong enough attack, though this does not hurt the user and the parasite will be able to simply regenerate its "wounds." • The users parasite aka their hair serves as the base of all their techniques and some require long lengths to function therefore maintaining a massive amount of hair during battle is required.

Biography: The saying I was forged by the uncaring providence of war not only describes Lilah but is the essence of her story. Lilah lived a relatively normal life in a town in The Land of Fire. Her parents used to be ninja but nothing special and they were long since retired. They each had some unique bloodline respectively and Lilah was lucky enough to inherit both. Initially people were afraid of her parents due to them being ninjas and having unique bloodlines. However, when they fended off some bandits on their own and saved the small town, they were hailed as heroes. Though she was younger Lilah remembers the battle like it just happened. It was what inspired her wanting to help out the town just like her parents. The Byakugan was useful and being able to use her bones the way she could be just as useful. She was able to easily make friends and help the town out with these gifts. She was liked by pretty much everyone and enjoyed a simple but special life. The life she used to knew changed when she was around 9 or 10.
The UHV began its war against The Land of Fire and in war, everyone suffers. War went back and forth between the two and towns and villages suffered the most. The UHV would push into the heart of The Land of Fire and attack Konoha. However, they would be beaten back and forced to retreat. This, however, did not save Lilah's town. The UHV at first demanded food and supplies to assault Konoha from her town. It was like this every time but by the second or third time, they no longer had anything to give. The UHV decided to take everything instead to fuel their war. Lilah's parents stepped up to protect the town but they were no match for a fully functioning force. She watched them as they were murdered by the UHV. Then the everything the town had was stolen and anyone who resisted was killed. It was not easy but Lilah still had her sister and brother. The whole town suffered greatly but eventually, the UHV came back again.
This time the UHV didn't bother talking and took whatever meager supplies there were. They said it was not enough and the town would have to make up the meager supply in other ways. Atrocities happened that night and Lilah did what she could to protect her younger siblings. She was taken and used much like many other girls in the town. By the morning she was let go and slinked back to her siblings. The UHV left the town with more dead, no supplies and broken girls. Lilah couldn't even cry as she had to stay strong for her siblings. Food was scarce and whatever hunters were left had trouble even getting enough game to feed everyone. Everyone wanted this war to be over. Lilah's luck did not get any better though as the UHV came back one more time. They were not looking for supplies or company, instead, they needed slaves to work these forward bases they had constructed. The UHV took anyone who they believed could work and killed the rest. Lilah tried so hard to protect her siblings but they were butchered right in front of her.
The UHV torched the town and took all suitable slaves to one of their forward bases. Lilah was devastated and broken, everything she had was gone and she could do nothing. She had nothing but hatred and anger to keep her alive. The thought that one day she might slaughter all of UHV kept her going. It wasn't long before her talents were discovered and put to good use. She was forced to fight and so she did. No matter what the UHV did to her she held on to the one thing keeping her alive. Eventually, the UHV capital was taken out and the war was won. Many prisoners were rescued but she was not one of them. She stayed with a UHV remnant until enough years had passed that they even forgot she had been a slave. She had earned their trust and on a certain night, she slaughtered every UHV member in their sleep. She had to take on the few scouts and patrols that were awake but she managed.
It's hard to say what Lilah did or where she went after that. She no longer remembers much detail about that. Only that she eventually stumbled into Uzushiogakure village. She can't say if it was just luck or if someone gave her a point in the right direction. Finding herself in a village in which she despised everyone there just as much as she did the UHV was not easy. She needed someplace though and here she could at least train as a proper ninja. She wanted revenge on both the UHV and Uzushiogakure for destroying her life. However, for that, she needed strength. There was no way she stood a chance of getting revenge if she stayed like this. Lilah was accepted into the village as it was recruiting people who used to be prisoners and slaves of the UHV. She became a genin easily considering her age and experiences. She did not except anything from the village though. She would not accept money or help and instead chose to do it herself. Despite being a genin she continued to live on the streets with clothes that were practically rags while she continued her training. Some people thought she was just a brat, others were scared of her and some few could see the hatred in her eyes and the pain behind that hatred.

First Class: Medical ▱▰▱ Combat Medic → Shinobi of this discipline gain the ability to pay for their simple taijutsu as complex. This does not alter its strength in collisions in any way from a standard simple technique. The user's body is more attuned to adrenaline, which allows them to receive a benefit from their techniques which use them every other post versus every three post. In addition, the user gains a 1 point increase in a chosen stat per body rank but must utilize all increases in the same stat. The user's body is treated with the durability of medium armor without any drawbacks. Furthermore the medical learning reductions gained from this class also count towards taijutsu learning reductions. The shinobi gains three tai slots, one at D rank, one at C rank, and then one at A-ranked. Finally, the user is able to augment their Genesis Rebirth Technique. Not only does this discipline allow the user to utilize the technique twice, but each time the user is restored of 250 chakra. The user also deals with trauma they receive at one rank less than other ninja.
Second Class: Taijutsu ▱▰▱ Berserker → Your external training and devotion to taijutsu has allowed you to have a [+1] stat increases to Strength and Endurance. Your hardened body naturally is as protective as Heavy Tier armor without its drawbacks. Degradation of the user's natural defenses applies in the same manner as armor. Once depleted, any damage the user takes, no matter the rank of damage applied increases the user's strength and speed by 1 stat point each for two posts up to 9 points. Should the user take additional damage before the end of the second post, the increase stacks, refreshing it's active time. ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: → Taijutsu – Medical: The user is able to cast healing medical ninjutsu on themselves for no hand signs. Once every three posts, this ability can be used for no activaiton. In addition, the user's medical and taijutsu techniques are reduced in resources by five per rank of the technique.
