AJ Styles was backstage taking off his gloves for the night, as he luckily
didn't get into action here tonight, as he was only there to make a state-
ment to the man they call Neville. Styles was starting to jump around at
the thought of the Paramount Championship, and the thought of beating
Neville for that Paramount Championship. Styles suddenly stopped
jumping around as he then saw Renee Young walk up to AJ Styles with
a microphone. Styles obviously knew who Renee was, and stopped
for the moment to let her speak.
Renee Young: "AJ Styles! Welcome back!"
Styles suddenly got a big smile on his face. He was certainly happy
to be back. He replied to Renee with the grin still on his face.
"Why, thank you, Renee! I was startin' to think people were almost,
just ALMOST, forgetting about the one and only, AJ Styles, but of
course we both know that that's impossible." Styles would chuckle
a bit.
Renee Young: "Well, speaking of your return, the whole TNW:R
Galaxy has been wondering, where have you been? What were
the meanings of what just happened out there?"
AJ Styles: "Well Renee, after a long hiatus, and after the historic
match between myself and Brock Lesnar, which I won which
everyone should clearly remember, I thought it was time for me to
reevaluate myself, and stop to think. What was I gonna do now? I
was at the bottom of the mountain, and was pulled up the mountain
by a Beast that I beat. And now, I have to capitalize goin' up that
mountain and reaching to the top of the hill. And right now, other
than the TNW:R Champion Seth Rollins who has been dominatin'
as champion, or Universal Champion Aleks Mason who looks to be
defendin' his title here tonight, I decided that I wanted to go for the
longest reignin' champion that we had right now. And that's once
a good friend of mine, who was and is coincidentally the Paramount
Champion right now. So that's right. I came out there and issued
a challenge to the elf, and from the looks of it, it seemed like he's
already scared to face someone to the likes of me. And until I find
out my answer to that challenge, I'll be waiting here, but at the same
time going to reach big to where I want to be eventually. And where I want
to be, is having that Paramount Championship gold around my waist. "
Styles would grab his bag and started to exit out of the locker room,
ending the interview and making his statement to Neville and the
TNW:R Galaxy.
