Background:
Aphrodite grew up in International Falls with her mother, not knowing who her father was. She grew up pretty normal as a child with straight A's, plenty of friends, and was 3rd best swimmer in the state of Minnesota among middle schoolers. Her mother died when she was 14 to suicide and she ended up in Fostercare. She was in out of fastercare homes and suffered many types of abuse. She ran away at 17, after trying to save her toddler fostercare sister from a pound and only ending up freezing it, and causing the young girls death. She had found her aunt shortly after that in southern MN and stayed with her since, trying to figure out what was going on with her and this ability she had found.
