Personality/Mannerism:
Shiro's personality is that of a born leader, naturally adept at calmly commanding people. Although he holds a commanding presence, Shiro is actually quite kind and sensitive to the struggles and concerns his fellow teachers and students are undergoing or may have. Shiro's skills as a leader are further enhanced by the familial bond he forms with all of his students. Despite how serious and straightforward Shiro can be, he can also be just as silly and laid back as his friends when he has the chance, such as when his friends were making "laser noises".

Background:
Shiro joined the military as a teenager. Despite his stocky and muscular physique, Shiro used to be a runt with almost no strength. The military helped develop and tone himself into the ideal person he wanted to be. Shiro climbed the ranks quite easily with his “get-go” attitude and natural leadership skills. Sadly, on a deployment mission trying to subdue an overseas gang that had been stealing federal weapons, a brick wall next to him and his squad was blown and a large amount of debris fell on top of them, crushing Shiro’s right arm in the process.
After surviving the mission, taking time to recover and being sent back home, Shiro was honorably discharged, although his love for life never faltered. With his newfound skills that he learned in the military, Shiro took to building things, even with one arm missing. He soon became a master builder, especially with robotics. With the help of a scientist friend still in service, Shiro was able to fuse his own robotic arm with his nerves and tissue so that he was able to feel like he had an actual arm again, even if he couldn’t feel any sensation through it.
He soon found Saint Sandorez University and decided to put his knowledge and skills to good use by teaching others what he knew.
