"You know what I do want a cookie when we get back! I'm holding you too that!" Izzy said a bit quickly as he was already running people up. One ore two barfed but they would be ok he was bringing the last one, some freckled curly haired kid and most were loaded up by the time Mathis and Vincent arrived. "All peeps ready to go!" Izzy said into the com as the choppers were stupidly loud and that's the only way he could be heard. Hopefully Lexi was not encountering any trouble.

"You're not getting a cookie." Mathis replied as the flyers prepared to take the first group. They would have to go in groups and that would probably take time. Mathis could leave Vincent to supervise and if anything went wrong Vincent could radio for Mathis and Izzy to come help. The flyers would be back every three minutes. "Izzy you're with me. We're going to help the ground team." And with that Mathis stepped off the rooftop. His hands shot intense blasts of snow which formed a cushion for Mathis to slide down and when he reached the ground he looked for Lexi.

Down on the ground, a battle was raging. Unfortunately, the ground team was using a different channel on the comms to prevent too much chatter and confusion orders. Lexi would have been rather amused by the cookie conversation. A fantastic display of elements, beams of energy, and object were flying back and forth, along with standard ammunition for those Deviants without offensive powers. It was clear that the Providence side was on the losing side of this battle, being nearly pushed out of the Dominion compound now. It seemed the fliers overhead had caught a least one Dominion members notice as a fireball went flying skyward. However, a familiar purple shield appeared mid-air, blocking the attack from hitting the pair it was aimed at. "They are making the extraction now. Make sure to cover the escape team." Lexi order over the comms. Internally she breathed a sigh of relief, knowing they just had to hold on a bit longer. They were outnumbered, and by extension outgunned.

"Hey no take backsies!" Izzy said as he joined Mathis. As Mathis entered via self made ski hill Izzy would enter a different direction. He grabbed one guy and thanks to super seed momentum he tossed him at an enemy harassing Lexi. "Make sure Mathis gets me a cookie after this he promised!" Izzy said before punching a guy who had appeared to attack them. It be a blur of a pubch but it knock the guy out for now. "Lets see is Mr Snowmiser needs us" Izzy said officially regrouping with Lexi

Mathis slid of his ramp and stumbled a bit as he slowed down. There was a much more active fight down here than there had been up in the extraction team and Mathis loved it. He kept him focus not on the man who'd thrown the fireball at the flyers but at the other Dominion member's who had noticed his target. Two plebs with guns that didn't see Mathis coming up behind them with ice spikes. They were otherwise unremarkable and merely served as a footnote on Mathis' jog to Lexi. Naturally Izzy arrived first and Mathis completely ignored the comment about the cookie. "They won't need much longer." Mathis claimed as he slowed his jog in front of Lexi.

Lexi was preparing one of her signature energy balls to blast back a member of the Dominion when another Dominion member went flying into him. The two went down in a tangle of limbs that would ultimately lead to their doom as a nearby Providence agent took advantage of the easy kill. It felt like another lifetime ago that Lexi had witnessed her first death when the Dominion had announced themselves by slaughtering all of the human staff in the LA facility. With the full-blown war between the two sides killing became a necessary evil. Though logically she knew that, she still couldn't bring herself to do it. She raised an eyebrow at Izzy's assertion that Mathis promised him a cookie. She had a hard time believing any version of Mathis would promise a cookie to anyone. A teleporter popped in, but unfortunately for him, Izzy punched him out before he could make a move. "I think Mathis is making his way over here just fine." She commented to Izzy somewhat dryly. He was making his way over and leaving a path of death behind him. While technically a good thing in the present situation, a bit unnerving to say the least.
It wasn't long before Mathis joined them. "Good the sooner we can pull back the better. Until then we need to keep them off the air transport. Izzy can you take out that Electrokentic? Mathis help us hold the line."

Mathis gave Lexi a silent nod and then turned his attention to the front lines. They wouldn't be able to hold out for very much longer but they wouldn't have to. Within maybe two minutes they'd receive a heads up over the comms that the evacuation had succeeded and all that would be left was to get the current fighting force out of there. Mathis had enough foresight to know that they'd eventually be running as well and so he'd pulled one of the Providence geokinetics out of the fray to start making escape tunnels. The Dominion would probably follow them while they were trying to escape and when they did it would be really nice to have some collapsible tunnels to run into.
