	How do you post little pictures of items you are planning to sell or buy in forum posts? And sometimes it links you to that item on the marketplace? Anyone know how? Please help! crying crying

Please help! crying crying There are a few different ways. One way is to use the post style "Display Inventory." You then select which items you want to display by selecting them and clicking "Add to Display." Your post will then show the item and goes and checks out in the main forums ... XD Never mind. I don't see this option out in the main forums. When did they remove it? XD;; What the heck. Anyway, I know what you're really asking about something like this: You have to type it up yourself. The formula is something like: URLofMarketListing][img]URLofImage[/img][/url] The fastest way I've found is to: 1. Go to the marketplace listing. 2. Right click the image you want to use. This can be the main icon or any pose at all. 3. Copy the image URL. (The name of this option varies depending on the browser you use.) The url will look something like: http://s.cdn.gaiaonline.com/images/thumbnails/5e6fb5d61bb7.png 4. In your post, click the image tag and paste the url of the image. Or, just literally type [img] [/img] tags around your link. [img]http://s.cdn.gaiaonline.com/images/thumbnails/5e6fb5d61bb7.png[/img] 5. Go back to the marketplace listing and now grab (ctrl c) the url of the page from the browser. http://www.gaiaonline.com/marketplace/itemdetail/7095 6. Return to your post. Highlight your image url (including the tags). 7. Click the url button. Paste (ctrl v) the url of the listing. Click okay. It asks for the webpage title. The stuff you highlighted should appear there. Click okay. You should now have a working, clickable image that takes you to the marketplace listing. Orrrrr you can check out a usermade browser extension for Gaia. GaiaUpgrade has a tool that adds a button to the marketplace (and other pages) of the site that will automatically format the linkable item images for you. It's worth trying. c: Using that browser tool is literally the fastest way to get the image icons. Otherwise, Gaia doesn't have a built in magic button that does it for you.
