A whole mountain range where it seems to be storming all the time. The cause of this is unknown, but there seems to be tons of electric discharge in the whole area. It also seems that there's a hidden area on the mountain range, which is hidden by some very strong magic. This seems to be the single point that all the electricity is coming from.
