Intro

Hello, and welcome to the first step of applying for your Party/Event. Simply follow the instructions in this thread, and they'll tell you how to successfully apply for a Party/Event with the GWCI!

Part One: The Application Form

In order to apply for a Party/Event, you'll need to create a new thread in the Main Foyer of this guild, then copy and paste the following form into the first post:

Once you've copied and pasted that form template into your first post, you will need to fill it in by entering the relevant details wherever it says (enter text here) in the form. You should also name your application like so: Username's Party/Username's Event. You can also put a guild's name, group's name, etc, in the place of a Username, i.e. Guild Name's Event.

In order to pay for the Party/Event, you will need to send a trade to GWCI Amelia. You can do that, by clicking the following link, to begin a trade with her:

Your Application will NOT be approved until the trade is complete.

Once your form is completed and posted in the Main Foyer (please don't post it anywhere else, move it, etc) a member of staff will check your form. If your application is approved, it will be moved to the Approved Applications forum, where a Planner will contact you via PM, quoting you, or another fashion, so that they may begin planning your Party/Event with you. If no one contacts you within three days of your application being approved, please PM either Lewd Fruitington or GWCI Amelia.

You must also give us a minimum of a week in advance of your Party/Event to plan everything.

The next post will tell you what Packages and Add-ons are available at the GWCI for your Party/Event. You'll need to view that, in order to be able to complete your application form.

Part One (Continued): Application Form

Packages and Add-ons

Below are the Various Packages and Add-ons for our Parties/Events.

Packages

Basic Party/Event Package - 10,000gg

This includes up to 10 guests, A gift for each attendee (max of 500gg per gift), 5 photos of the Party/Event, and invitations for your guests.

The Firecracker Party/Event Package - 25,000gg

This package includes up to 20 guests, A gift for each attendee (max of 1,000gg per gift), 10 photos of the Party/Event, and invitations.

Wake up the Neighbors Party/Event Package - 50,000gg

This package includes up to 40 guests, A gift for each attendee (max of 1,000gg per gift), 20 photos of the Party/Event, and invitations.

The Awesome Deluxe Mega Wow-tastic Party/Event Package - 100,000gg

This package includes up to 100 guests, A gift for each attendee (max of 500gg per gift), 30 photos of the Party/Event, and invitations.

Add-ons

Lights, Camera, Action! - 10,000

This Add-on adds the addition of a Video Recording of your Party/Event.

Power-up - 50,000gg

This Add-on makes your Party/Event a higher priority for our staff, ensuring that your application will be processed at a faster speed, and offered more attention.

Celebrity - 50,000gg

This Add-on will result in a Guild-Announcement being sent out prior to your Party/Event, in order to further promote it.

Rent-a-Forum - 10,000gg (per day of use, max of 2 weeks)

This Add-on provides you with one of our Rent-a-Forums for your Party/Event. (Only one forum per Party/Event, and may be subject to availability)

Part Two: Approval and Planning

Once your Application has been Approved (most likely by the guild Captain, A Vice-Captain, or GWCI Amelia) your Application will be moved to the Approved Applications forum, where a Planner will then help you plan your Party/Event. They will arrange the likes of gifts, having invitations made for your Party/Event, organizing a photographer, covering situations involving Add-ons, etc.

You will need to keep in touch with your Planner, so please make sure they can send you PMs, and make sure that you keep an eye on your My Gaia statuses, as they may quote you in your Application Thread, as a means of contacting you.

If a Planner suddenly stops talking to you, or assisting you with your Party/Event with no apparent reason, please send a PM to Lewd Fruitington or GWCI Amelia. We will aim to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Refunds/Cancellation

If you wish to Cancel your Event/Party, please inform your Planner as soon as you can. Depending on how far into the Planning phase your Party/Event was, you may face various reductions on your refund:

If your Application has had virtually nothing planned for it yet, such as there being no invitations created, no photographer assigned, etc, then you will receive a full, 100% refund.

If your Planner has completed Planning your Party/Event, and you cancel before the Party/Event is due to start, you will receive a 50% refund.

If Planning was partially completed for your Party/Event, you shall receive a 75% refund.

Cancellations are unavailable once a Party/Event has started. The only refund you may receive is if you have purchased the Rent-a-Forum Add-on for multiple days, and there is at least one or more days left of your allotted time in your Rent-a-Forum at the time of your refund request.

If your Planner does not act upon your Cancellation/Refund request within 3 days of you contacting them, then please send a PM to either Lewd Fruitington or GWCI Amelia.
