So yeah ... via random shenanigans and luck with a deck of many things i have 5 wishes. Its a 4e game (randomly decided to give it a go. We all got attatched to our characters.)

A few things that have been clarified:
1 wish can get me:
50,000 gold
A Level 4 minion (4 levels per wish used to a max of 12)
A free level up
A CR 1 creature minion
A magic item of my level or lower
Extra powers
A magic coinpurse that spawns 75gp a day.

3 wishes can get me:
My own keep with tons of land.
A young adult dragon that I can summon. And has Polymorph if I add an extra wish.

5 wishes can get me:
An adult dragon (non summon) that is completely loyal to me.

Things that have been shot down:
Immortality
Mindflayer minions
Restoring the veil
Ethnic cleansing
A bag of holding that fuctions similarly to the room of requirement.
Getting a goddess pregnant with my future demigod son.

What would you wish for?

I'd wish for the deck of many things to not appear in games.

What Mongooseh said, I had nothing but trouble from that deck. Both as a DM and as a player.

But, given it is already in play.. and the ones have already been denied.

Instant Death Attack on one future opponent of your choosing.
One instant return from death(can't remember what counts as dead in 4e)
A free level

Obviously, 4 level ups, 1 magic item of power. Or that coinpurse and just sit around awhile, amassing wealth.

1. That you grant my wishes to the spirit rather than the letter of the wish.
2. Thirteen miles of blank parchment inside a scroll case of holding and bottle that never runs out of ink.
3. That everything I just wrote down on that thirteen miles of parchment were true.
4. A freshly lit cigar.
5. Nobody else gets wishes.

1. A great lawyer that can consult with me regarding the remaining wishes without any sort of loopholes or workarounds that a being granting said wishes can exploit.

...That's pretty much it.

Close to what I did. +3 hide armor of adaptable resistance. (10 resistance to the last elemental damage that i took.) +3 Hideous Craghammer (+3 to intimidate checks and something else that i dont remember.) And 3x leveled up. Making me the highest level party member at level 14.

Well, ya know, since levels in DnD normally are the 'make or break' of a lot of things. Now your GM just has the horrible task of 'how do I balance this'

lol, I had the same thought. On paper it sounds cool, but in reality levels are all relative, as the DM makes the fight to fit the characters. However, one character being super high level over others will definitely pose a challenge to balance. It should still be though, since that is what you spent your wishes on, that your PC gets the benefit of feeling more powerful and being at an advantage in some fights.

I'm already fairly broken. Longtooth Shifter Warden. I regenerate 12 hit points per turn after I get down to half health and deal an extra +6 damage.

But yeah ...
I'm level 14 with 2 magic items
Our Warlock is level 13
Our Wizard/rouge is 12 with infinite gold
And our Assassin (Executioner) is 11 with a pet dragon and 1 wish left

Honestly I think that the DM lost interest. We were sent on this quest that was to be a 4 part quest. Part 1 took 6 sessions. Parts 2-4 took 1 session ...

Well, maybe start looking into other options or pay attention to the GM, see how they act and all.
