Okay, so I've mostly gotten the hang of all these post codes, but where are people getting all these nice font colors? All I see are the ones next to the size changer.

Okay, so I've mostly gotten the hang of all these post codes, but where are people getting all these nice font colors? All I see are the ones next to the size changer.

There are lots of websites that list color codes. Maybe others can share their favorite websites, but I just do a google search each time and pull up websites like this one.
From there, you can use the color code or name to color your font like: This is #FF00FF. And this is magenta.
I think I've had times where a name or number didn't work on Gaia, but you'll have to play around. Most should work.
Then, people either type out their code each time... or they have it saved in a word document somewhere and copy/paste it each time.
There's an add-on for Gaia if you use Firefox or Chrome that will automatically place your text format in the box for you before you type. It's called Better Gaia. For example, I've been using it for a couple months. When I hit "quote" or "reply," my text box already has my post format ready for me. I see in the text box:
[size=11][color=black] [/color][/size]
I have a very simple format, so I don't mind editing codes to write that each time, but it's really useful for those who have very fancy or intricate post formats. ^^
