I want to open a shop but don't know what to charge. Help?

As the title states I am trying to open a shop but with I don't know what I should charge.

I will be offering (I know a few are missing samples but I think you get a feel for what I offer.:

Traditional sketches

Headshot x
torso x
full body x
couple (2 people) x
Group (up to 5 people) x

Digital Colored (On SAI)
Headshot x (couple headshot was the only colored sample I have atm.)
torso x
full body (no ref atm)
couple (no ref atm.)
Group (up to 5 people) x
Your honest thoughts please?

Personally I would price it anywhere between 500k and 2mil.

It's hard to know, the way prices are these days. You can always price on the lower end, and raise if you're getting too much business. It really depends on your reasons for starting a shop. (Do you want practice, are you beating boredom, or is gold really your aim?)

I'm probably start with your sketches in the 50k to 500k range, and your colored drawings in the 250k to 1 mil range (and more for couples/groups). And you can always raise prices later.

Or just make a bribe shop and see how much people will throw your way. XD I like bribe shops, partly because I usually only accept one or two orders and they let me have my pick of a good number of orders, taking into account both the gold bribe AND the character I'm asked to draw.

Also, what you are calling a "torso" I'd call a "bust." Usually torsos go to the belt/hips/end of a shirt. If you're including shoulders but not stomach and arms, that's a bust.
