Honestly Mind, Sweetie. I don't see why you would even need to say sorry. You did nothing wrong. Sisi just blew up. Dug her own grave and acted pretty badly.

It is sad to say I logged onto a mule just to tell her that my Three Year old was better behaved then she was. I didn't want her to attack my main account.

But all in all. I see no reason you should feel sorry about someone digging their own grave. That was the path she picked. Not you.

I guess ill speak freely here

Mind first of all i dont know you but you seem like a nice person i would love to talk to someday.
Second everything that has happened in there is not your fault i know people make mistakes but the way sirenz handled it was utterly unprofesional and childish there is a reason why some matters should be private for a costumer it will only make things worse and thats something that not everyone understands.
Theres nothing to blaim you for hun so dont worry im sure your new shop is going to be awesome.

Like everyone else says there is no need to applogise for something that is not your fault. It was a chain of events like a snowball rolling down a hill it could not be stopped. It was not you who started the snowball so there is no reason to say your sorry. This has been going on for a long time because i recall this not being the first time major drama has happened. Just have to move on and then things can only get better from here on out. heart It is very sad this happened but nothing could or can be done but you sure are a way better leader.

Sirenz was just being childish and out of control. and this isn't the first time she has gone on banning sprees or ignoring spees and publicly making a dramafest and fool of herself. i hope that you wont beat yourself up too much over what happened cause honestly this is like the 3rd or 4th time she has had a freak out similar in the shop that chased people out. i just hope you can move on and do bigger better things here <3

I think the fact that you've got so many folks in your corner from so many groups that have frequented (or used to frequent, or lurked!) the shop says an awful lot about your skills as a manager, Mind. I figure 'sides' and the like is hardly what you intended, but when the line was drawn for you... well. I suspect the results speak for themselves.
