The largest library in Novalius is located in the Magi Kingdom. It contains every book imaginable as well as the oldest texts in the land.
The large front part of the library is open to the public. There are rooms in the back (along with a nice dungeon) that are not open to the public, only select personnel are allowed back here. Obviously there's guards protecting this area, but that shouldn't stop people from trying. *cough*
It is not known what is in the back rooms. But feel free to check out books and make sure to return them on time.
