Personality: Aerogus doesn't care for others, unless he is guaranteed payment. The only people he works for are himself and his family who are currently missing. He may feel inclined to help others without payment, if he thinks they are trustworthy or feels like helping out. However, he won't watch little kids cry, when he can easily help them out. Also, whenever he decides to do something, he never changes his mind.

Dragon’s Personality: Raikiri is a serious and loyal dragon. If he feels like his owner is doing something stupid, he sternly tells him not to. Although, it's very hard to convince his master, he tries anyways. Raikiri's main job is to serve and defend his master, and focuses only on that.

Brief History/Bio: Being abandoned as a child, Aegus felt like he had no hope. He was taken in by a man in the Dragoon Kingdom Military and raised by him. His name was Kratos Arougius. Kratos named Aegus, and taught him everything he could. When he turned ten, he had learned to use the sword, and went to school to learn an element. Because of his incredible speed and quick reflexes, Kratos told him to learn lightning magic. Aegus excelled with it, and within a few years, he was able to incorporate his magic with his hand combat skills.
Since Aegus was living with a Dragoon captain, he had to meet a dragon. Kratos took him to find a dragon in training, and found no dragons for him. Aegus, however, sensed it. He sensed a dragon that he would be able to connect with;One that he could trust, and one that could trust him. Aegus ran to the back of the dragon stables, to see that a dragon was having a tantrum, and causing havoc. Aegus stepped in, and tried to tame him. However, the fight lasted for a long time, and ended with Aegus actually succeeding without harming the dragon too much. Afterward, Aegus petted his new friend, and promised to come back after they both finished their training.
Impressed by his marvelous feat, a girl his age introduced herself shyly. Cecelia Rudgard was her name. She was a care keeper for the dragons, and had gone to find help to calm the rampant dragon down. Aegus fell in love at first sight, and tried to visit her as much as possible. It was difficult, since he was a trainee Dragoon.
Years passed, and Aegus accomplished a whole lot by the time he became twenty. He became a successful Dragoon, named the dragon he made a promise with Raikiri, and served the kingdom with pride. He was also engaged to Cecelia. A few more years, and Cecelia gave birth to a daughter which they named Senna. They were an interesting family, and Senna loved to play with Raikiri's horns. The usually disobedient and immature dragon was changed by the happiness of a child. He wanted to protect the sweet moments forever, which is how Aegus thought as well.
Sadly, the happiness was swept away when Senna was about to turn five years old. Aegus and Raikiri were out on a mission that if completed, would allow Aegus' family in to the Upper-Class district, with the rest of the high-class Dragoons. Aegus completed the mission, and returned home. His house had been engulfed in black flames. Aegus rushed into the burning home hoping to find his family. He collapsed inside of the building, holding a precious photo in his hand, and without finding the bodies of his wife or child.
Aegus woke up in the infirmary with Kratos and Raikiri in the stables. Raikiri had saved his life, by letting himself be burned by the black fire. The injuries healed fast, and Raikiri was healthy before Aegus even woke up.
Aegus left as soon as he stopped coughing, and traveled to the burnt down house. Around and inside the house were clues on the culprits, and where they took his beloveds. Ever since Aegus found those clues, he has been accepting jobs and creating work for himself in preparation for retrieving his wife and daughter.
