The casino can be found on the Games page, you can play either Slots or Cards, which both give you tickets and use up your tokens.

As for the other towns besides Barton, there are Aekea, Durem, and Isle de Gambino. Right now I think we can only visit Barton in Towns 1 and I think in Towns 2 that is supposed to be Gambino. I'm not sure!
Different areas in zOMG also mention Durem and Aekea and you can go into Barton Town as one of the first areas you visit.

zOMG! is the now dormant MMO-style browser game made by Gaiaonline. Towns and Towns 2 are just a "run around and hang out" place! Rally is another flash space where you build cars and race them :] I'm not too sure how to build a car exactly, hehe, haven't dipped into that area :3

You're only in Barton for towns, you don't get to go to the city proper or any other cities. In zOMG you can, kind of? zOMG is trash so I don't play it, sooo I've no clue if you can go to other cities or if you're just limited to Barton.

zOMG! has only Barton open, and that is the full town, with the other areas too swarmed with powerful Animated for Gaians to go to them, with the cars, you use Sam's Body Parts for the designs and such, as well as different cars (though you get one model for free automatically).
Making a house is another thing to do, if you have yet to do so.
