THE REBEL

Name: Andromeda "Andi" Carmen

Background: The daughter of a well-known computer graphics master, Andi grew up in a very lavish home. She was mostly raised by her father and older brother, and shows it well with her tomboy-ish ways and rebellious attitude. Since fifth grade, Andi has been known as the girl who starts fights, picks on other kids, and is just generally a complete loudmouth and smartass to everyone she meets. Her father made her learn guitar to keep her busy, though it backfired. Now she's trying to put a band together, to no avail. She entered the contest to get away from her father, though she's truly hoping to get the band she's been searching for as her prize.
Likes: Guitar, watermelon, cats, combat boots, fast cars, flying, and playing pranks.
Dislikes: Cheerleaders, getting caught, sauerkraut, fast food, hippies, old people, and broken strings.
Personality: Brash, uncouth, rude, slightly perverted, and cunning. She likes being able to outsmart people, though she tries not to make a habit of it.

THE FREAK

Name: Gale Williams

Label: Freak! And Loving it~!

Background: Gale was born to a crack addicted mother and raised without a father. He was brought up in a low-class family and attended public school, where he did mediocre. He wasn’t stupid, though… just dyslexic. He could never receive the help he needed though. His family just couldn’t afford it. His mother’s social status didn’t help him to be accepted by his peers, either. He was a social stigma.

At the age of thirteen, his mother committed suicide, via hanging. She blamed him and the child snapped. He was taken into a juvenile correction’s facility, where he went through psychoanalytical therapy and eventually he was brought back to sanity, though he was prone to mood swings. These were brought under control by a cocktail of anti-depressants and other mood stabilizers.

Prior to his release, he was given the horrifying news that (among all the other cruel tricks life threw at him) he would not live to the age of forty. He had been the unlucky recipient of the gene for Huntington’s. There was no escaping his fate, so he figured he might as well live it up, even if no one liked him.

After a month of being mixed into society, he was chosen for the contest. He couldn’t believe it, either! Life was finally going in a positive direction!

He would finally get his wish to have someone to love and accept him for all his faults.

Name: Wilhelmina Nicols
Age: 17

Label: Geek
Background: Willa takes more after her dad than her mom. A quiet man with mild autism, who was never very good at socializing, but very intelligent. He was into building computers and watching British sci-fi. Met Willa's mother when they were both young and working their first job at a fast food place. Being a former shy child, she could relate to his awkwardness, and they were in love from the start. They waited until they had their careers on the go before having a child, so by that time they were living a good life. They weren't exactly rolling in cash, but they could afford a two bedroom house, and that was all they needed. Willa's dad worked as a computer technician, and her mother was a child councilor. She grew up with love, but alone as a child, because her parents never had the time to have another child. She had always wanted a little sibling to play with, but with her parents refusing, there was really nothing she could do. So she's hoping to win this summer challenge, and get the little brother or sister she's been wanting all these years.
Likes: fluffy cats, tea and coffee, vintage fashion, writing, musical theatre, video games
Dislikes: having wet feet, large animals, difficult game bosses, losing a tournament
Personality: A quieter girl who does tend to keep to herself, but she's not shy around people. When it comes to video games, she can get kind of competitive. She's also a hopeless romantic, a side-effect from watching one too many animes, and from reading so much shoujo manga. Her natural hair color is actually a light blonde, but she keeps it pink because it's her favorite color for anime girl hair. She has confidence in herself, but she's not a braggart or a bully.

Background: She grew up very well privileged, hence her being valedictorian. Her father is the CEO of Express clothing company, she acts like she wasn't feed with a silver spoon but she can't help that she was. She's doing this for a chance to prove to her family that she doesn't need them for everything, she wins this she gets her entire medical school paid for. She is tired of being the best at everything and she can't wait to drop the act when she leaves for college to start all over, new. She was never actually taught how to love because she didn't see it growing up, she was taught to be the best at everything, and get there no matter what the cost even if it is friends, love and happiness.
Likes: Diamonds, being pampered, showing off, being the best, talking, making friends, attention, cheese cake, being in charge, dreaming and intupretting those dreams.
Dislikes: being alone, being ignored, being made fun of, vegetables, cooking, cleaning, exercising, being told what to do, not being in charge, her occasional night terrors.
Personality: She's sarcastic and juvenile only because she thinks she can be. She's smart, beautiful and has everything going for her and she knows it. She was crowned validictoria and she makes sure everyone knows it. She does however have a soft side to her and deep down she's just lonely with no actual friends. She only keeps up the act of a snobby rich smart girl because thats what everyone knows her as.

THE LONER

Name: Jake Winslow

Label: The loner

Background: When Jake was four his dad took off. It left him and his mom stuck in emotional turmoil for the longest time. Jake grew up staying mostly to himself and quiet. His mom always worked to try and keep them supported, so he didn't have much time with her. When she wasn't working she was sleeping. He took up art classes and drew when he could, but it didn't keep him entertained for long. In school it was hard to make friends so after a while he gave up. He didn't see a need in making himself look stupid for strangers. That outlook stuck with him through elementary and junior high. When he was labeled he decided to go as far out with it as he possibly could. He changed his look and immediately stopped talking. Now he only talks when he deems it important. Jake hated school and the work but he loved learning. He read, wrote, and drew every moment he could. It helped him keep the tiniest of positive outlooks on life.
Likes: Reading, learning, pens, sleeping, the dark, sarcasm, hard candy
Dislikes: Sour things, people, loud noises, fire, spiders, high places
Personality: Jake is quiet and observational. He keeps to himself but he keeps tabs on everyone and everything around him. He is sweet on the inside but it takes a bit to crack his sarcastic outside. He isn't nice to people he just meets and he often gets on others nerves, but he always finds a way to make up for it.

Name: Aaron Johns

Background: Aaron grew up in a well privileged home. His father is the owner of one of the biggest companies in Northern America. They traveled a lot when he was young, but now that they have settled Aaron has dared to make some friends. He often tries to stay busy and get out of his house, but his father has other plans. He wants his son to get a full scholarship to one of the most prestigious schools around. In order to get that scholarship he has Aaron play ever possible sport to his fullest. He has played soccer and basketball as well as baseball. His favorite, and best, sport is soccer though. Aaron's mom doesn't do much to help her son out of these situations with his dad, so he isn't in the best relationship with her. Being in a lot of sports has caused Aaron to be a tad cocky and arrogant. He goes after cheerleaders and acts a little stuck up when his folks are not around. Well the saying does go you are who you hang out with. Aaron stays true to that saying.
Likes: Soccer, sports, video games, hanging with friends, music, school
Dislikes: Snobs, angry people, his mother, home work, disappointing people
Personality: Aaron is loud and cheerful. He tends to be a tad arrogant at times, but he doesn't notice these spurts. He likes to be the center of attention, and at times he can be a bit of a jerk, but he loves being around people. When it comes to girls he is cool and collected, but if he meets another guy he tends to act more aggressively. This is because of all the fighting he does with his father. Over all Aaron is fun to be around and he has a long fuse, so it is hard to anger him.

THE BUTLER

Name: Dethanos Dorichi
Age: 27

Label: Interesting Butler

Background: Dethanos was born and raised in the manor, always taught to serve his master. He does not remember doing anything more or anything less. He has always taken care of his masters needs by note. If he needed something his master would place a note at the specified location in the manor and Dethanos would work to the best of his ability. His mother and father simply disappeared one day from the estate and Dethanos never wondered why, he was taught not to question. Now the master of the estate has set up an interesting competition. All Dethanos knows is that he is supposed to serve these guests in every way imaginable... And to keep an eye on what they do at all times. To Dethanos this seems like a game within a game and he will make sure to play the game with horror. Perhaps if one of the kids 'died' by accident it would make the game more fun... Only time will tell to see what Dethanos has planned with his master's permission.
Likes: Cooking, Cleaning, Serving, Gardening, All around Peacefulness.
Dislikes: More work than necessary, Chaos, The destruction of his masters property.
Personality: What other way to describe him other than, mysterious? Dethanos wanders about the manor and seems to disappear and reappear like a ghost. Whom he serves is a mystery, always hidden behind mysterious doors that cannot be seen. Dethanos can be summoned at a moments notice and always appear with a smile and gracefulness fit for a prince. He is humble in his speech and always does as he is told, no matter the consequences.
