If someone is willing to be a co-dm on this, I have a new idea. And for those who are story big I got one of those too. The players would be playing, drum roll please, battle field leaders. To put it easier... they will be in charge of a squad. Everyone, would be level 6 or above, yet to decide, and have the Leadership feat as a freebie. The cohort you get, will be your second incommand, this character you build as well. And the followers would be pre-made blah.
In a battle you will control your men, cohort and followers, as you try to complete an objective.
