Sailorcancer2004 Xbox 360 games shouldn't be $59.99! There just DVD's with a little bit more space, hell some PS2 games used the same disc media the Rev and 360 are using. I know 1st party Wii *revolution* games will stick to the $49.99 which they should. The increase development costs gotta come from somewhere. Better graphics and system power means you gotta hire more people. The PS2 is using the same disc media the Rev is going to use, but the 360 is using dual layer DVDs. Not as much as blue ray, but sufficient for what it does.

Do you have a link to where I can read up on this and reference it later?

It is highly likely. Additionally, while crusing through the pages, I noticed someone say they don't think it should $59.99 +Tax. Hey, you gotta pay that team of 200 (avg. amount) people who makes the game somehow.

In the latest Game Informer (September I believe) it has been stated that PS3 games will cost higher than XBOX 360 games. It was also stated that they will not reach $100. This means, more than likely, that a PS3 title will cost $80. Will this stop anyone from purchasing a PS3?
Here's a secret: Because of this new information, and if it proves to be true, I will not be purchasing a PS3 for years to come.
