These sleeping pills don't work worth a poo. The first night I took them I took two, and my mum got mad at me for taking more than one. But, hey, one didn't work soon enough for me so I took another. x3 Anyway, these things suck.
Any good sleeping pills out there?

You know its funny... I used to take Melatonin to help sleep sometimes. One would always knock me out in about 30 mins. So I thought the same thing. I would end up taking more and then they wouldnt work at all. I suggest just taking one even though u have to wait a little bit. It's really the way to go ^^

I take the melatonin too sometimes, only one tablet though. I found out that if I try more than that, or use it in combination with some other medications (mostly allergy stuff and bug bite lotions), I have trouble breathing and that keeps me up all night.

Yeah, my friend said the same thing. So I only took one about two or three nights ago and I still wasn't tired for hours. /:
Maybe the sleeping pill isn't strong enough for me or something.

I use Melatonin Ultra (which I get from Costco)... which oddly is manufactured in the state I live in as well XD

Has 3mg of melatonin per pill and other herbs and natural stuff to relax the body. here's pretty much what it has:

Melatonin, produced in the brain, sends a signal to the body that it's time to sleep. As we age, our bodies produce less and less melatonin, so taking melatonin at bedtime helps promote normal sleep patterns.

Theanine is a compound found in green tea and is known for its stress relief properties. Theanine helps you wind down before sleep.

GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) is an amino acid and neurotransmitter that works to support relaxation and restful sleep patterns.

Chamomile and Valerian are two herbs traditionally used for their calming properties.

Vitamin B6 is critical for healthy production of GABA and melatonin in the brain.

* I do however have to take pretty much 3 of these. if it contains melatonin its natural it wont really hurt you but your body will get used to it after a while, my aunt works as a pharmacy tech and knows that they fill actual melatonin prescriptions for up to 20mg/pill and some people have to take 1.5 to 2 of those. The only harmful ones are like Ambien or actual sleeping pills that aren't natural, those WILL and CAN do damage if you take more than one pill
.

mhmm I'm not sure exactly where you can get them I get them from Costco, apparently you can get them from Sams Club as well, if you look for them they're Schiff® Melatonin Ultra and come in a round bottle, within a package, they're usually not boxed.
