As a lot of you may know, today marks the day, when, exactly 100 years ago, the infamous cruise-liner the Titanic sank, becoming the biggest maritime tragedy in recorded human history, with over 1,500 deaths as a result of the incident.
Nowadays, people mainly remember how the tales of the incidents surrounding the sinking, have been visualized on TV, and in films (in particular, James Cameron's film, famously staring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, is possibly the most well-known film based on the incident). But even now, a whole century after the incident, people are still effected by this tragedy. Many relatives of the victims and survivors will be remembering this anniversary (there's even the possibility that some are reading these very words) so this thread is to commemorate this anniversary.
As this was a tragic event, please be sensitive with whatever you post in this thread. Anything rude/insensitive/against rules and ToS, will result in whoever posted it being in trouble.
