Finding apartments is such s**t.
One seriously expects a $50 application fee and a $200 processing and cleaning fee to move into the apartment. LOL. No. That s**t isn't happening. I'm not paying for them to clean up the apartment someone else messed up. They should either charge the person that left it in a shitty condition or absorb the inevitable cost of wear and tear. I hate places that try to take advantage of students.
Hopefully, they will know they are getting a car soon and can just move into y current apartment 'cause other than annoying children running around and Mrs. Inappropriate Child living there, it's good.
LET'S ALL FORM A PRAYER CIRCLE AND HOPE.

It really does take 10 hours of hard labor to copy and fill out forms. Yup.
We had one place talking up fees like that to try to push us away. Well it worked, but only because the office person was such a disdainful b***h. "Oh I think the average for utilities is gonna run you around $200-300, and the first-time application at Utility Co. is $200 if you're not already registered with them. We offer Special Cable which the basic plan is just $60..."
No.
