I just got the steam punk out fit and it wont let me put the whole out fit on. What am I doing wrong? cry

Ooo... coincidently just replied to the same question by another user 4laugh
Here was my answer:

If you wish to equip a full set, you will require multiple amount of the said item. Like for example:
1 favored heiress for the hat
1 favored heiress for the bodice
1 favored heiress for the skirt
Etc.
