The Bandits of Kuwagatamushi Mura The bandits were meant to be an introductory threat to L5R. Something to show you how dangerous numbers alone can be in the land of Rokugan. Bandits were built with 45 points and 2's across the board in traits. These are not at all watered down or lessened in number since players started to drop.
