wow uh..this is really something. I'm assuming you're into realistic art? But the hair isn't really realistic. You can use a lot of revisions on this. Like the hair for example. The left side of the drawing's hair can't move up because that kinda defies gravity >.> The lips shouldn't be that stretched out and the bottom lip should be fuller or thicker than the top. Make sure your bottom lip also meets the top lip at the same place. And the distance between your nose and lips is too far part. Your nose shouldn't show three parts either. I suggest you use a site like deviantart to look up realistic drawings (if you're interested in that) and try to look up drawing tutorials and/or follow the artists' styles. You might think its copying, but it really does help. Helped me that's for sure xD Um....as for the eye, i can't tell what the top line is, the one right above the eyelid. Is it the eyebrow or the outline of the top of eyeball? And when you draw the head of a person, you should start with a circle and then go from there whether you want to start with hair, chin, eyes, etc.
But the shading around the hair, neck, lips, and nose are nice.
I hope this helps ^^"

This thread in the guild is useful, plenty of tutorials to get started with, and you can always google more, or search on youtube.
Just keep practicing, look at art besides your own for inspiration and a different view then practice some more. Create your own characters and draw them (or if you already have some, draw them more). ^^

Well, the first thing I notice is that hair. It's really flat on the upper left side, which makes the entire head look flat in that area. There's also a lack of consistancy. You have strands of hair that point up on the left side, where as they're pointing down on the right side.
The second thing I saw was the lips. They're center from the rest of the face, and the top and bottom lips aren't even centered with themselves. The bottom lip also shouldn't be that thin. The only time lips are really that thin is in art of older people.
Now to the nose. Firstly, the left and right sides aren't even in shape or size, and it looks a bit crooked. I also think you made it a little too big and placed the lips too far down from it. Lastly, with what I've seen at least, you should only have one of the two sides of the nose showing rather than both.
I hope this helps you some, and sorry if I over critiqued it sweatdrop

This will only happen when he's eating, but since that's not happening, you should practice like I did.
