Grael is a patient who has been deemed to dangerous for treatment. He's been locked up in the lower parts of the mental ward and given food enough to keep him alive but otherwise left alone.
Recently laws have changed and made this treatment illegal so the hospital is looking for a volunteer among its therapists to treat him. They will be given a raise and their patient load would be reduced to him alone.
