Fasting

Hey guys,

Fasting has been put on my heart lately...but i don't think i understand quite what the purpose of it is. But i understand why God has put it on my heart cuz i'm always having a craving for food and propabably like it way to much sweatdrop And when i really should be focusing on Him threw my whole day...So how long can a person fast without passing out??

Depends, do you have any medical conditions that will hurt you? Other then that you can go days.

My boyfriend`s sister fasted for 40 days and nights. eek
I`ve fasted for a week though myself.
When fasting you need to keep yourself hydrated with vitamin enriched drinks and closely monitor your body.
