Yeah same happens with me. I even do workout for like a month or so and then just quit. Come up with excuses and such. Like my current one is that it's 114 degrees outside, so I can't do my daily walks.

I joined a gym, and I am committed to paying every month for the rest of the contract, so I have no excuse to make excuses not to work out. If I do, then I am just paying the gym for nothing. neutral Besides, we turmed off the Satellite so I could afford it, so everyone would be mad at me for canceling their programs for no reason.
I have actually lost between 40 and 50 pounds since April, and I hope to lose the rest by the end of the year (another 40). I really like the gym now that I have really gotten into it, so I don't see me stopping when I reach my goal.

I only weight like 170 (5'11") but I have a beer gut and need to lose weight. I've become lazy in the past few years. I want to get some rollerblades just to go to a park and go around a walking path. I haven't actually done anything outside in forever *hermit crab*

I 've been in the same situation as you guys have. I've been going to the gym before and really got myself back in shape. But I stopped for almost 3 years now. I've been trying to back to the gym but I've just been making excuses not to go because I get bored and such. But I do miss the hormone rush and the way you feel after a good work out. Maybe I'll go back again sometime soon.

I used to play DDR every day (lost around 40lbs, wooo!) and then I hurt my foot. It still hurts me occasionally, but I keep telling myself I am going to get back into it but I haven't yet. sweatdrop
