Problem with 9 pack from the cash shop

I got one of the rainbow 9 pack but I can't get it open? crying When I click on it all it has is "Gift" "Donate" & "Close" buttons? I try using the "Gift" button but it doesn't work right.

Please help!

Uhm... I can't say for certain, but there should be an 'open' button somewhere. o.O; I've never bought/used one of those 9-packs before, so.. ^^;
But, I can tell you this, the 'gift' button is for if you want to give it to another user as a gift, all neatly wrapped in a giftbox. XD So, that's definately not the button you're looking for...
Could you post up a screen of what comes up when you click the 9-pack item in your inventory? Maybe I can help more from there?

I'm not sure that it says "open" I think it says "unpack"?

If you take a screen shot we might be able to assist a little further. smile
