I think the issue is that this particular study was only done on heterosexual couples. Why there should be a difference is beyond me, but apparently previous studies already showed that it reduced the risk in gay men. So it was probably ignorance of that last fact on the part of the news person.

You should never turn it to the news... they pretty much never have anything good to say except sports score and the weather which you can find else where.
Same with all the news you actually want to hear about, tis just best to go else where for it.

I don't think one could look towards Florida for brotherhood or good will. We're a crappy state. 8D
I mean, we did give America Jeb Bush, Limp Bizkit, and various others.
