He really is. He started the Ishbalan Civil War, caused Scar to become a killer and do everything he's done, Ed, Al, and Winry's hometown to be left in ruins, and disguised himself as Gracia to fool Hughes and killed him. And he just LAUGHED at Roy's shock. (Referring to FMA Brotherhood episode 53).
He deserves to be burned by Roy's fire, that son of a b***h.

Hey I saw that episode yesterday!!! It was awesome watching Mustang burn him...I laughed when he changed himself into Hughes and thought Mustang wouldn't attack. I was thinking, "You idiot, now you've gone and pissed him off even more." I was right. 3nodding

I don't think envy is that evil, I think he's pitiful. Pride is the worst homunculus because he ate Gluttony, his own kind.
