History: Devon's powers stem from his father. A brilliant scientist who researched the brain. His father found a trigger that could potentionally allow humans to use the full capacity of their brain.
In order to test his theory he used his own son who had just been born as a cataylyst for experimentation with different drugs. His mother had passed away during childbirth.
The experiments were a success. Devon grew up within a lab being thought to hone his newly acquired psychic abilities. He never had a real childhood. He resented his father for putting him through such hardship for their experiments. Devons powers grew to the point where he could use his mind to faze through walls. He used this oppurtunity to escape and kill the scientists who had enslaved him as well as his own father.They made a judgement about him as a child, so he made a judgement against them.
He abandoned his name and took upon the name Judgement. He is bitter at the world because of the life he has lived. He passes Judgement on all who stand in the way of him doing whatever he wants to do.
Shortly after the lab incident he was recruited by hive after they heard the rumours of his abilities. He aids in the teaching of the younger students.
