Florida is going to technically ban sex within the state by accident. xD
In the new laws outlawing bestiality (I'm not sure why we don't already have these laws?), the law describes any sexual act between a person and any "animal" as illegal. Except humans are technically animals.
Thus, in the very technical sense, come October when the law comes into effect, all Florida sex will be of the illegal variety. Go us.
Of course, judges will interpret with the distinction between person and animal to mean human and all nonhuman animals, but you'd think people who have been taught perfect legalese would be able to tie up any loopholes and shut that s**t down. But it's Florida at the same time.
I'm really just thinking about how people might react if they see the law waaaaay in the future, and don't have the context that we do. SEX AND BABIES ARE BAD.

Well, Florida has a lot of old people. Maybe they saw some granny porn and were traumatized. I also want to know what's been going on there that they felt the need to ban bestiality. Is it a major problem? eek
