Here is my OC (lavender hair) and my besties. Drawn by me of course.

1) what do you think, please constructive crit.

2) Under my lavender haired OC's eyepatch is a differently colored eye, The uncovered one is deep purple, what should her other eye be?

3) Any advice on how to make lavender hair girl's hair look more 'real', as in believable, despite anime design. I want it wavy but I don't really know how to do it and drawing it like this was hectic and looks stiff to me.

first off, very nice sketch : )

1) The sketch itself looks pretty good, I'd say just be carefull with your red coloured character, her hair seems a little to controled for the wave paterns you gave it. : ) maybe try drawing some strands of hair that leave outwards at the top of the head as well, just to break a little the constant flow of the hair. But try to just put one or two, cause you still want to keep some of that flow you've got going... you just don't want it to be as intence ; )

2) Hmmm maybe a red to compliment her compagnions colours? or a light blue would look lovely with a purple eye : ) up to you!

I think you have a good concept of anatomy from what I can tell of these sketches. I like the design and the concept. The only crit I have is that when you draw your lines, it looks like you do short quick hacky lines. Try to widen your line length (start if off by doing slightly longer strokes until you feel comfortable doing long ones, or medium ones). This will make your lineart appear smoother ^_^
