Hey guys : 3 I have a question regarding the montly art contest, and wanted to know what you guys think about it.
Would you guys prefer that the monthly art contest was just one winner ?
(this means that only one persone will win and get 500k pure, along with have their art posted in the guild home page)
Or would you rather there were 1st place, 2cd place and 3rd place winners in the monthly art contest?
(this would mean that the first place winner would not win as much gold pure, the 1st place winner would win maybe 300k, the scond place winner would win 150k and the third place winner would win 50k... this can be juggled around if you guys want to change the amount as well its just an example of how the prized would be given out.)
With this option the first place winner would still get there image posted in the guild home page, but wouldn't win as much gold.... However there would be more winners who would receive gold for there work.
What do you guys think? which one do you think is best?

NUUUUH MOAR GOLD TO MEEEEH.
I'm voting for the first, second, third winners.
and you could still expose their artwork, only perhaps in a smaller format? like, first one gets a bigass space and the second and third a thumbnail, or something.
also bouncing off ideas.

honestly, i think if there were more winners there'd be more people feeling they're more involved, you know? so i would support the new 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winnings if they were inforced. ^ ^

I'm going to agree with Mayrin. Just a quick question though..............How are these images judged? It's just a thought. I think everyone is a winner, despite the cyber-pixel gold. It's a great way to see the vast amount of work participants put into creating something.

well before the winner was based off which ever drawing the guild captain liked the most, but with recent turns of events we risk having a vote between mods to decide the winner(s).
A few things are being revised in the guild presently, and the monthly contest is one of them. We would like to know what people like or prefer, to make the monthly contest the best it could be.
If by any chance users would prefer us to judge the drawings based off a chart of skills or composition and so forth we can also do that 3nodding what do you think?
