I know half of you in here hate me for my Opinion. But it is my opinion and i can share it if i would like.
I do not think god is real and i have come here to ask one very simple question.
Why do churches always look so...Demonic?
I mean really? If it is a place of peace and light, why does it have to be so devil-ish? I mean by looking at one, it makes me think the devil himself lives there!
You'll have to explain yourself better because I'm kinda lost. I've never seen a 'demonic-looking' church.
There was a time when I despised what a church stood for (This was long before I came back to Christ), and would make a habit of playing Dimmu Borgir's 'The Sacrilegious Scorn' and pointing at the churches when the lyric 'My words and world holds ground and is real. Your words are like floods of poison water, a language spoken with spit from different tongues' played.
Looking back at it, it feels as though it was another person doing the deed because I can't see myself doing that.
Maybe, to ensure that you don't ever go near one, you're letting yourself see it as an evil looking place where you're convinced that something isn't right about it.
That's just my opinion, anyway.
